One day left! Uniwell Lynx v15 will be released tomorrow. Check out a few more of the new features that will be included!

Reorder Levels by Location option

A great new feature for those using our Multi-Location and Stock Control modules! If you enable this option in Preferences, you will now be able to set different reorder levels for each location, based on its needs.

Option to email batch reports in XLS format

Batch reports can now be emailed in XLS format for use with Microsoft Excel.

Cc and Bcc options added to emailing Purchase Orders

Now you can Cc and/or Bcc Purchase Order emails so that the relevant people receive copies of all Purchase Orders that are emailed.

Only two days to go until Uniwell Lynx v15 is released!

Uniwell Lynx v15 will include some new report options and new features for our customers module. Check out a preview below!

New Report Options

Maximum Days option added to Stock Coverage Report

This option will make it possible to filter the Stock Coverage report to items with ‘days coverage’ below the amount set. This makes it easier to see which stock items need to be reordered most urgently.

Options added so that the layout of the Transaction report can be reconfigured

  • Function Group selection and Sort Codes added to Function Texts
  • Move Up/Move Down options added to Function Groups
  • Additional Function Groups added
New Customers Features

Customer Group filter and Card column added to Customers grid

You will be able to filter the Customers grid to view customers by Customer Group. You will also be able to see a customer’s card number directly in the grid.

‘Exclude customers in this group when emailing invoices’ option added to Customer Groups

A new option to help you control which groups of customers receive email invoices.

v15 Preview: New Reports

Less than a week to go until Uniwell Lynx v15 is released! Here is a preview of the new reports that will be available.

Item Sales by Custom List Report

Item sales for a selected custom list grouped by custom list entries.

Custom Lists are an extremely powerful reporting tool in Uniwell Lynx. They allow you to categorize your items in multiple ways, entirely independent of your Group structure, allowing sales reporting based on your own customized criteria.

Credit Card Transactions Report

List of transactions that include a credit card payment. This report has been added to make it easier to reconcile credit card transactions.

Track Name Transactions Report

List of track name transactions showing bill number, clerk, discount and sale total. While track names are an integral part of Uniwell’s HX Parking System, they can be used for many other applications.

Timed Link Item Sales Report

Sales of timed link items shown by transaction line including quantity, amount, discount and total. While timed link items are an integral part of Uniwell’s HX Parking System, they can be used for many other applications.
