Lynx Software Pty Ltd is a software development company currently based in the rolling green hills of South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. Established in July 2005, we are a small family-run business, specialising in developing back-office software solutions for ROM-based Point of Sale Terminals. Company founder and software developer, Andrew Kinsey, has over 30 years experience developing point of sale and back-office software.
Since releasing our first software application for use with Sharp ECR/POS in March 2006, we have developed a range of software solutions from simple sales analysis and program management through to multi-location stock control. These solutions have been designed to cater to the needs of both retail and hospitality businesses. In addition to marketing these products across Australia, we also have international distributors in many other countries around the world.
In 2007 we expanded our development to include Uniwell ECR/POS. Since then we have produced a similar range of software solutions for Uniwell. As a direct result of our success in the Australian market with these products, in June 2009 we entered into a Global Agreement with Uniwell Corporation. With the official recommendation of Uniwell Corporation, our software solutions are now available to their global network of distributors.
In 2020 we further expanded our range of software products with the launch of Ai-Menu Lynx, a complimentary software solution for Ai-Menu POS systems.
