Incorrect Times on Hourly Sales Report

Issue

Hourly Sales allocated to wrong times on Hourly Sales Report

Cause

Time Zone 1 program has not been setup correctly in your Uniwell ECR/POS terminal for use with Uniwell Lynx

Solution

Use the Time Zone 1 Setup or Lynx Required Settings option in Send Program to send the correct Time Zone 1 program to your Uniwell ECR/POS terminal.
Note: After sending the Time Zone 1 Setup to your terminals you should use Extract Program to update the EDF/PRG files linked to your sales terminals so that the Time Zone 1 Setup is also updated in these files.
