Error 8213 when communicating with AX/HX [No FTP server found on the specified address]

Cause

Possible causes:

• The specified IP address is incorrect
• The AX/HX is not turned on, not connected to the network or not working
• Network connectivity issues

Solution

Possible solutions:

• Set the correct IP address in Uniwell Lynx (Data > POS Terminals > Modify)
• Make sure AX/HX is turned on, operating and connected to the network
• Fix network connectivity issues
