Issue

Error 8211 when collecting EJF Status Z report from AX/HX [The remote file could not be opened by the FTP Server]

Cause

‘EJF is stored in storage when reset report is taken’ option has been enabled but there is no USB Memory Stick attached

Solution

Choose one of the options below:

• Make sure a USB Memory Stick is attached
• Disable the ‘EJF is stored in storage when reset report is taken’ option
